Position Summary
Can/Am is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to enable sales team excellence by maintaining seamless operational systems, ensuring data integrity, and removing administrative processes so our sales team can focus on closing deals and building client relationships.
Can/Am is a fast-growing company providing amazing service to Local governments through our product and services. You will be a key player in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between our sales team and clients, working alongside a committed group of professionals. This role will report to the VP of Sales.

Qualifications
The candidate should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot platforms; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with government sector clients (preferred).
  • Ability to represent the company professionally at trade show conferences (requiring 5% travel).

  • Execute sales processes flawlessly with zero disruption to revenue-generating activities.
  • Maintain 99%+ data accuracy across Salesforce and HubSpot systems with real-time availability, verified through monthly data quality audits.
  • Ensure sales team has immediate access to contracts, proposals, and critical documentation through organized digital filing systems.
  • Serve as the corporate representative at selected trade show conferences, supporting lead generation and brand presence.
   Sales Enablement
  • Process proposals and other sales process-oriented deliverables within defined sales timeframes.
  • Provide sales leadership with accurate, timely reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain professional, responsive communication that reflects well on the entire organization across all interactions.
  Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and HubSpot, including prospective client information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking.
  • Prepare and process sales quotes, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and change orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, account management, implementation, and support to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Assist with contract preparation, renewal tracking, and documentation management.
  • Generate sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to support sales team performance and decision-making.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate sales demonstrations, and manage calendar logistics for the sales team.
  • Support prospective client communication by responding to inquiries, routing requests appropriately, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, proposals, and client documentation with immediate retrieval capability.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures for sales operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce and HubSpot issues independently, escalating only when necessary.
  • Catch and correct errors before they impact prospective clients or revenue streams.
